بررسی میزان آگاهی دندان‌ پزشکان عمومی شهر اردبیل درباره‌ی داروهای تجویز شده در درمان ریشه دندان

Persian Abstract

مقدمه: دندانپزشک باید اطلاعات کافی نسبت به داروهایی که تجویز می‏کند و داروهایی که بیماران با مشکلات سیستمیک مصرف می کنند داشته باشد. هدف این تحقیق بررسی میزان سطح آگاهی دندانپزشکان عمومی سطح شهر اردبیل در زمینه دارو‏‏های مورد مصرف در درمان‏‏ ریشه دندان بود. مواد و روش کار: در این مطالعه مقطعی و توصیفی، میزان اطلاعات دندانپزشکان عمومی در مورد دارو‏های مورد مصرف در درمان‏های ریشه دندانپزشکی بررسی گردید. بدین منظور پرسشنامه ای طراحی شد و تعداد 80 نفر از دندانپزشکان عمومی پرسشنامه مزبور را تکمیل نمودند. در پرسشنامه راجع به اطلاعات دموگرافیک، میزان آگاهی دندانپزشکان پرسش به عمل آمد. پس از جمع آوری داده‏ها، اطلاعات به دست آمده در نرم افزار آماری SPSS با ویرایش 23 و با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و آزمون‏های آماری شامل آزمون تی گروه مستقل و تحلیل واریانس یکراهه مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج: نتایج نشان داد که میانگین آگاهی در مورد داروهای مورداستفاده در درمان ریشه 56/14 می‌باشد؛ همچنین نتایج نشان داد که تفاوت معناداری در میانگین آگاهی دندانپزشکان در مورد داروهای مورداستفاده در درمان ریشه بر اساس سن و سابقه و نوع دانشگاه وجود دارد اما تفاوت معناداری در میانگین آگاهی دندانپزشکان در مورد داروهای مورداستفاده در درمان ریشه بر اساس جنسیت و منبع کسب آگاهی وجود ندارد. نتيجه گيري: میزان آگاهی دندانپزشکان عمومی در مورد داروهای مورد مصرف دندانپزشکی در درمان ریشه در حد متوسط می‌باشد. ارتباط معکوس میان پیشینه کار و نمره آگاهی نشانگر این موضوع است که اطلاعات دندانپزشکان با افزایش پیشینه کار به‌روز نشده و در این زمینه پیگیری جدی وجود ندارد. این مساله نیاز به دوره‏های بازآموزی برای دندانپزشکان پیرامون داروهای مورد مصرف در دندانپزشکی درمان ریشه را مشخص می‎نماید.

Awareness of General Dentists of Ardabil City (Iran) about Prescribed Drugs in Dental Root Procedures

English Abstract

Introduction: dentists must have correct information about drug prescriptions and drugs that are to be used by their patients. The aim of this study was to evaluate the Awareness of General Dentists of Ardabil City (Iran) about Prescribed Drugs in Dental Root Procedures Materials & Methods: In this cross-sectional study, the awareness of general dentists about drugs used in Dental Root Procedures were evaluated during 2014-2015. A questionnaire was prepared, and completed by Ardabil general dental practitioners, for a total of 80 completed questionnaires. The questionnaire consisted of some demographic questions, and questions about their awareness and their main information resources about drugs. Gathered data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Independent t-test And ANOVA statistical analysis. More questions about drug awareness were answered by general dentists. Results: Results showed that the mean knowledge about drugs is used to treat the root 14/56; Also Results showed that a significant difference in mean of knowledge based on age, experience and type of university there, However not significant difference in mean of knowledge about drugs used in root canal treatment based on gender and source of information. Conclusion: The awareness level of general dentists about drugs which are used in dentistry is moderate. An inverse relationship between job experience and the score of awareness shows that the awareness of dentists has not updated along with experience and there is no serious follow-up in this field. This issue indicates the necessity of retraining courses for dentists about drugs prescribed in dentistry.
