تعيين شاخص DMFT در دانش آموزان 12 تا 15 ساله مشکین شهر

Persian Abstract

مقدمه: شاخص DMFT از بهترين ایندکس‌های اپيدميولوژيك در دندانپزشكي بوده كه بيانگر وضعيت بهداشت دهان و دندان در افراد جامعه می‌باشد. اين تحقيق باهدف ارزيابي شاخص DMFT در دانش آموزان 12 تا 15 ساله شهرستان مشکین‌شهر در سال 1394 انجام گرديد. مواد و روش‌ها: تحقيق به روش توصيفي – مقطعي و با استفاده از تكنيك مصاحبه، معاينه و ثبت اطلاعات در فرم اطلاعاتي صورت گرفت. جامعه موردبررسی دانش آموزان 12 تا 15 ساله شهرستان مشکین‌شهر بود كه با توجه به معيارهاي WHO، 174 نفر انتخاب و تأثیر عوامل مختلف بر روي DMFT همچون جنس، تحصيلات والدین، مسواك زدن در آن‌ها موردبررسی قرار گرفت. نتايج و ارقام حاصل با نرم‌افزار SPSS Version 18 و آزمون‌های t test و Anova مورد آزمون قرار گرفتند. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که میانگین شاخص DMFT در دانش آموزان 12 تا 15 ساله مشکین شهر 38/3 می باشد و تفاوت معناداری در شاخص DMFT بر اساس جنسیت (DMFT دختران بالاتر از پسران)، گروه‌های سنی، وضعیت بهداشت فردی وجود دارد؛ اما تفاوت معناداری در میزان شاخص DMFT دانش آموزان بر اساس تحصيلات والدين و تعداد فرزندان خانواده مشاهده نشد. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به اهداف سازمان بهداشت جهاني تا سال 2000 ميزان DMFT در شهرستان مشکین‌شهر در حد مطلوبي است ولي با توجه به اهداف جديد (تا سال 2015) براي كودكان 12 ساله كه DMFT≤1 می‌باشد لازم است برنامه‌ریزی‌های جدی‌تر در اين راه صورت گيرد.

English Abstract

DMFT index is one of the best epidemiological indices in dentistry representing oral hygiene situation in society. So, this study was conducted in order to evaluate DMFT index in 12- 15 years old students of Meshkin Shahr City. Method: This descriptive study was done cross – sectionally using interview, examination and questionnaire among 12-15 years- old students of Meshkin Shahr city. Considering WHO criteria, 174 samples were selected for the study and the effect of variables such as gender, Parent education, tooth brushing on DMFT were evaluated. The data were analyzed by SPSS software Version 18, t test and ANOVA. Finding: Results showed that average of DMFT index in 12-15 years old students of Meshkin shahr city was 3.38 and significant differences in DMFT index according to gender (girls DMFT than boys), age, and individual health status. But a significant difference in the DMFT index students based on parental education and number of children not were observed. Conclusion: Considering WHO criteria in 2000, the achieved DMFT index in Meshkin Shahr city was acceptable. According to the aim of WHO for the year of 2015 for 12 –15 years- old people (DMFT<1), it is necessary to perform special program for the purpose.
