بررسي حساسيت اخلاق حرفه اي و عوامل مرتبط با آن در پرستاران نواحي غرب گلستان

Persian Abstract

مقدمه: حساسیت اخلاقی ویژگی‌ای است که شخص را به شناخت کشمکش‌های اخلاقی و برداشت خود از موقعیت‌های آسیب‌پذیر و آگاهی از نتایج اخلاقی در تصمیم‌گیری خود در مورد دیگران قادر می‌سازد. گرفتن تصمیمات اخلاقی و آگاهی از دلایل انتخاب یک تصمیم، جز لاینفک کار پرستاران است. عوامل مختلفی در حساسیت اخلاق حرفه‌ای پرستاران دخیل است. هدف این مطالعه بررسی حساسیت اخلاقی حرفه‌ای و عوامل مرتبط در پرستاران غرب گلستان بود. مواد و روش ها: مطالعه توصيفي حاضر از نوع مقطعی بود؛ که در سال 1393 بر روی 288 پرستار شاغل در مراکز دولتی تحت پوشش دانشگاه علوم پزشکی غرب استان گلستان با روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس سهمیه‌ای انجام شد. ابزار مطالعه پرسشنامه‌ی اطلاعات دموگرافیک و استاندارد حساسيت اخلاق حرفه‌ای پرستاران بود. داده‌ها با نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه‌ی 16، آمار توصیفی و تحلیلی در سطح معنی‌داری 05/0>p تجزیه‌وتحلیل شد. یافته‌ها: تعداد 229 نفر (5/79%) از کل شرکت‌کنندگان مطالعه زن بودند. میانگین سن جامعه 4/6±2/31 سال و میانگین حساسيت اخلاق حرفه‌ای 9/13±48/63 بود. حساسیت اخلاقی در ۵۱ نفر (7/17 درصد)، در سطح پایین، ۱۸۲ نفر (8/63 درصد) متوسط و در ۵۳ نفر (4/18 درصد) در حد بالابود. بالاترین رتبه دارای اهمیت مربوط به بعد استفاده از دانش حرفه‌ای (83/4=Mean Rank) بود. نتایج آزمون ضریب همبستگی اسپیرمن ارتباط معناداری بین حساسیت اخلاق حرفه¬ای پرستاران با سن (005/0=P، 152/0-=r) و نتایج آزمون من ویتنی یو اختلاف معناداری معکوس (001/0=p) بین امتیاز حساسیت اخلاق حرفه¬ای در متغیر سابقۀ شرکت در کارگاه‌های اخلاق پرستاران نشان داد. نتیجه‌گیری: وجود حد متوسط در حساسيت اخلاقي پرستاران غرب گلستان لزوم توجهات بیشتر درزمینهٔ بهبود و ارتقا مباحث اخلاقی در پرستاری را ایجاب می‌نماید. لذا لازم است نسبت به مسائل اخلاقی مربوط به حرفه‌ی خود حساس و آشنا باشند. کلمات کلیدی: پرستار، حساسیت اخلاقی، بیمارستان

A survey of professional moral sensitivity and associated factors among the nurses in west Golestan province of Iran

English Abstract

Introduction: Moral sensitivity feature that the person to recognize moral conflicts and their perception of vulnerable situations and be aware of the ethical Results of their decisions enables others. Moral decisions and knowledge of the reasons of choosing a decision, is an integral part of nurses. Many factors are involved in the sensitivity of professional ethics for nurses. The current study aimed to Survey Professional Moral Sensitivity Nursing and Associated factors among West Golestan province Nurses, Iran. Methods: A cross-sectional descriptive study was that in 2014, the 288 nurses covered west government center of Golestan University of medical sciences was quota sampling method. Study questionnaire recorded the demographic date and moral sensibility of nurses in decision Scale.Data was analyzed by SPSS 16. Descriptive statistics and analysis of the significant level of P<0.05 were analyzed. Results: The 229 (79.5%) sample’s study was female. mean was in age population 31.2±6.4 years, and moral sensitivity score 63.48±13.9. moral sensitivity was reported in the 51subject(17.7%) low level, 182 subjects (63/2%) moderate and 53 nurse (18/4%) high level. Highest rating were the related to use professional science (Mean Rank=4.83). Spearman correlation finding showed signification relationship(r=0.152, p=0.005) between age nurses and professional moral sensitivity. Also Mann-Whitney U showed paradox signification different (p=0.001) of professional sensitivity moral in ethics workshops record variable of nurses. Discussion: Moral sensitivity nursing West Golestan province has been in level moderate that important attention and improved to ethical issues nursing requires. So it is necessary to be aware of sensitive ethical issues related to their profession. Keywords: Moral Sensitivity, Nurse, Hospital
