شیوع هپاتیت B و عوامل مرتبط با آن در آرایشگران استان کرمانشاه (90-1387)

Persian Abstract

ایران از نظر آندمیسیته عفونت مزمن هپاتیت B جزء کشورهای مزواندمیک (2-7%) است. این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی- مقطعی است. در این بررسی تمامی (2690 نفر) آرایشگران زن و مرد شاغل در استان کرمانشاه مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات برای انجام این تحقیق چک‌لیست بود. نتایج نشان داد که شیوع هپاتیتB، 92/0 درصد می‌باشد. شیوع بیماری در افراد با سنین بیش از 60 سال و سابقه کار بیش از 20 سال، افراد غیرواکسینه و در مردان بیشتر بود. اولین اقدام جهت پیشگیری از هپاتیت B برنامه آموزش مداوم آرایشگران و مؤثرترین و مقرون به‌صرفه¬ترین وسیله پیشگیری از هپاتیت B، واکسیناسیون است.

Prevalence and affecting factors on hepatitis Bamong barbers in Kermanshah province (2008-11)

English Abstract

The endemicity of chronic hepatitis B infection in Iran among other countries is 2% to 7% (Mesoendemic). This is a cross-sectional study.In this research all barbers’ population (2690 person)were investigated. Data collection was done by the check list. Based on the results, Prevalence of the hepatitis B was 0.92%. Theprevalencewas high in peopleaged over60 yearand barbers who hadworking experiencemore than 20 year, non-vaccinated personsandin mencomparison to womenand there were significant correlationBetween affection to hepatitis with gender, vaccination history, age, work experience, and risk factors (P<0.05). The disease prevalence was increasedduring the study years. The first measure due to hepatitis B prevention is continuous training program also the most effective and economical prevention method is vaccination.
