آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد دندانپزشکان عمومی شهر اردبیل از روش های نوین اندودنتیکس

مقدمه: با توجه به اینکه درمان اندودنتیک ذاتاً درمان تکنیکی می‌باشند، پیشرفت‌های صورت گرفته در وسایل و مواد، چنانچه با آگاهی دادن به دندانپزشکان عمومی و آموزش مناسب همراه باشد، تأثیر زیادی در بهبود کیفیت درمان ریشه دارد، بنابراین این تحقیق با هدف بررسی آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد دندانپزشکان عمومی شهر اردبیل از روش‌های نوین اندودنتیکس انجام پذیرفت. مواد و روش‌ها: ﺗﻜﻨﻴﻚ اﺻﻠﻲﻣــﻮرد اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺗﻜﻤﻴﻞ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ محقق ساخته بود. برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از روش سرشماری استفاده شد. داده‌ها بعد از جمع‌آوری، کدگذاری شد و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار Spss 23، به شکل توصیفی و استنباطی، موردبررسی قرار گرفت. برای بررسی سؤالات و فرضیه‌های تحقیق از آزمون‌های ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و ضریب همبستگی دو رشته‌ای استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: میانگین آگاهی دندانپزشکان عمومی از روش‌های نوین اندودنتیکس 94/16، در متغیر نگرش 51/8، در متغیر عملکرد 26/1 و میانگین در متغیر بازآموزی 07/3- برآورد شد. نتایج نشان داد رابطه معناداری بین میزان انجام درمان‌های اندودنتیکس و متغیرهای آگاهی وجود دارد، همچنین بین متغیر جنسیت، دوره‌های آموزش مدون و متغیرهای آگاهی و عملکرد تفاوت معناداری مشاهده شد. با این‌وجود بین متغیر سن و سابقه کار رابطه معناداری با متغیرهای آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد مشاهده نشد. همچنین رابطه معناداری بین میزان انجام درمان‌های اندودنتیکس و متغیرهای نگرش و عملکرد مشاهده نشد. نتیجه‌گیری: از اقدامات مؤثري كه بايد به‌صورت كارشناسانه موردبررسی قرار گيرد، اراية واحد درسي تحت عنوان «روش‌های نوین اندودنتیکس» براي دانشجويان دندانپزشكي است. در خلال اراية چنين واحدي می‌توان از علم و تجربة متخصصين دندانپزشكي در زمينة روش‌های نوین اندودنتیکس بهره جست. همچنین لزوم برگزاری دوره‌های بازآموزی و همچنین اجرای سمپوزیوم‌های آموزشی باکیفیت و کمیت هر چه بیشتر توصیه می‌شود.

Knowledge, attitude and performance of general dentists from Endodontics New methods in Ardabil

English Abstract

Background: Given that the endodontic treatment are inherently Technical treatment. Advances in equipment and materials, as with awareness and proper training to be dentists, has a large impact on the quality of root canal therapy. Therefore, this study aimed to assess the knowledge, attitude and practice of dentists in Ardabil; the new endodontic procedures were performed. Method: The main technique used is completing the questionnaire. Census methods were used to collect information. After data is collected, coded and analyzed using Spss 23, descriptive and inferential, were examined. To review questions and hypotheses, Pearson correlation coefficient and double-stranded correlation coefficient was used. Finding: Results showed that the average of awareness (16/94) attitude (8/51) and average of performance (1/26) and the average of retraining (-3/07) estimated. Also there is a significant relationship between the rate of endodontics and awareness. As well as between gender, training courses and awareness and performance variables, there was a significant relationship. However there was not significant relationship between age and experience with knowledge, attitude and performance. Also there was not significant relationship between the rate of endodontics and attitude and performance. Conclusion: Effective measures should be considered as expert, presented the course entitled New Method of Endodontics for dental students.
