اهمیت و چالش های GIS در حوزه سلامت؛ مطالعه مروری

Persian Abstract

زمینه و هدف: سیستم اطلاعات جغرافیایی (GIS) یک سیستم کامپیوتری برای مدیریت و تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات مکانی بوده که قابلیت جمع آوری ، ذخیره و تحلیل و نمایش اطلاعات جغرافیایی را دارد. هدف از این مطالعه معرفی کاربرد GIS در حوزه سلامت و بهداشت و هچنین استفاده از GIS برای بررسی عدالت در دستیابی به مراکز بهداشتی و درمانی است. روش ها: این مطالعه بر اساس مرور متون در پایگاه های اطلاعاتی فارسی با استفاده از کلیدواژه های "سیستم اطلاعات جغرافیایی" ، "نظام سلامت" ، "عدالت در سلامت" ، "تصمیم گیری در مدیریت" انجام شده است. یافته ها: براساس پژوهش های فارسی ده سال گذشته می توان کاربرد های GIS را در ابعاد مدیریت ،تصمیم گیری، بهداشت و درمان و اپیدمیولوژی مطرح کرد. اطلاع رسانی و کمک به تصمیم گیری جهت مدیریت بهداشت و درمان یکی از زمینه های کاربردی GIS می باشد، همچنین در زمینه بهداشت جامعه و مطالعات اپیدمیولوژی کاربردهایی از قبیل بررسی و تجزیه و تحلیل مکانی در زمینه ارتباط بین بروز بیماری ها و عوامل خطرزای محیطی، طراحی و اجرای برنامه بهداشتی براساس تعیین توزیع جغرافیایی بیماری ها را شامل می شود. جدید بودن فناوری GIS باعث بروز چالش هایی در استفاده وسیع از آن می شود از این موارد می توان به عدم اطلاع از قابلیت های GIS و نحوه استفاده از آن، فقدان همت و اهمیت علمی در فرهنگ سازی و برنامه ریزی های خرد و کلان ،کوتاهی در تدوین و انتشار استاندارد های ملی در تولید، جمع آوری ، طبقه بندی و پردازش اشاره نمود. نتیجه گیری: بکارگیری GIS به همراه تکنولوژی های نوین از قبیل پزشکی از راه دور و سیستم اطلاعات مدیریت سلامت ، سبب بهبود دسترسی مردم به خدمات سلامت ، تامین عدالت در ارائه خدمات سلامت ، ارتقا هزینه اثربخشی و کیفیت مراقبت می شود.

Background: The geographic information system (GIS) is a computer system for the management and analysis of spatial data has the ability to collect, store and analyze and display geographic information. The aim of this study was the introduction of the application of GIS in the field of health and hygiene and also the use of GIS in achieving justice for examine health centers. Methods: this study was based on a review of English texts in databases using the Findings: according to the English research the past ten years can be the application of GIS in the dimensions of management, decision-making, health and epidemiology. Inform and help decide the direction of health management is one of the application fields of GIS, as well as in the field of community health and epidemiology studies applications such as review and analysis of the place in the field of the relationship between environmental risk factors and disease incidence, the design and implementation of health programs based on the determination of the geographical distribution of the disease. Being a new GIS technology causes vast challenges in the use of it would be of these cases can be a lack of knowledge of the capabilities of GIS and how to use it, the lack of scientific culture and the importance of efforts and planning a short macro, and in the formulation and dissemination of national standards in producing, collecting, sorting and processing. Conclusions: the use of new technology to the mobile GIS such as remote medical and health information management system, improve people's access to health services, health services, promoting justice in the cost effectiveness and quality of care.
