Persian Abstract

زمینه و هدف: با توجه به گسترش دنیای ارتباطات و استفاده از وسایل جمعی خیلی از مسائل و مشکلات به دلیل استفاده از ابزارهایی چون: شبکه های اجتماعی، فیس بوک، ویکی ها، پادکست ها، patients like me،my space work ،...که جزئی از وب هستند برطرف گشته و باعث گسترش چشمگیری در پیشرفت فناوری اطلاعات سلامت گردیده است و ما در این مقاله می خواهیم به کاربرد شبکه های اجتماعی به عنوان زیر مجموعه ای از وب در حوزه سلامت بپردازیم. روش ها و ابزار کار: نوع مقاله ما از نوع مروری –کتابخانه ای است و بر اساس کلید واژه های وب، شبکه های اجتماعی، ویکی، پادکست، فناوری اطلاعات سلامت جستجو گردیده است. یافته ها و نتایج: با توجه به بررسی پژوهش های صورت گرفته نتایج نشان می دهند که در بیش از نیم درصد موارد افراد استفاده کننده از شبکه های اجتماعی در حوزه سلامت از آن بهره می جویند و بر اساس انواع کاربرد هایی که در شبکه های اجتماعی دارد از نظر دسترسی افراد بیشترین کاربران متخصصین حوزه سلامت، ارائه دهندگان مراقبت بهداشتی یا گیرندگان مراقبت سلامتی هستند و علاوه بر دسترسی افراد کاربرد آموزشی و پژوهشی در امر آموزش و پژوهش داشته و جریان اطلاعاتی نیز کاربرد دیگر آن است که شامل مراحل گردآوری ، ذخیره، پردازش، بازیابی ، اشاعه و کاربرد می باشد و دو نمونه مهم از انواع شبکه های اجتماعی یکی طرح سپاس و دیگری ویرایش ICD11است که از کارهای مهم صورت گرفته برای بهره گیری از دانش افراد (که به دست خود این کاربران نیز این اطلاعات ویرایش و تکمیل می شوند)و برای توسعه حوزه های اطلاعاتی و بخش سلامت صورت گرفته و این اقدامات باعث ایجاد اعتماد بین کاربران و استفاده کنندگان از شبکه های اجتماعی گشته و موجب کاهش اتلاف زمان ، هزینه و افزایش ارائه خدمات و دسترسی بهتر و راحت تر بیماران به اطلاعات شان و دسترسی بهتر متخصصین به منظور ارائه خدمات بهتر و راه حل های نوین گردیده است و این اقدامات باعث رضایت بیش از پیش بیماران شده است. نتیجه گیری : با توجه به مطالب گفته شده امید است که با توسعه شبکه های اجتماعی و با بهره گیری از آن به عنوان یکی از ابزار های کارآمد وب در سلامت، آموزش، پژوهش و جریان اطلاعاتی باعث ارائه راهکارهای نوین و ایجاد روش های جدید برای سهولت ارائه خدمات با کیفیت بالاتر به بیماران و پژوهشگران و به طبع آن دسترسی راحت تر متخصصین برای امر درمان و در کنار آن انجام کارهای پژوهشی شود که همه ی این ها باعث توسعه فناوری اطلاعات سلامت خواهد شد.
