Persian Abstract
زمینه وهدف : یکی از کاربردهای سیستم های اطلاعاتی پیشرفته پشتیبان از تصمیم گیری و حتی جایگزینی برای متخصصان است که می تواند درمانگران را در تصمیم گیری صحیح و به موقع درباره بیماران یاری رساند هدف از این مطالعه شناخت سیستم های پشتیبان از تصمیم و کاربرد و تاثیرات آن در حوزه مراقبت می باشد. روش کار: در این مقاله توصیفی و براساس مرور جامع نتایج اطلاعاتی بین سال های 1380تا1394 که متن کامل آنها از طریق پایگاه های داده و پایگاه های اطلاعاتی SID,MAGIRAN,IRANDOC و غیره مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و همچنین از کتاب هایی در این زمینه به عنوان منابع اولیه استفاده گردید. یافته ها: بررسی و مرور تحقیقات و پژوهش ها ی دو دهه گذشته نشان گر این است که عمده کاربرد سیستم های تصمیم یار عبارتند از: تشخیص و درمان عارضه های گوناگون و تجویز توصیه های پزشکی برای بیماران. سیستم های پشتیبان از تصمیم در حوزه مراقبت سلامت در پنج حوزه کاربردی ، مدیریت جریان بیماری،مراقبت ودرمان ،تجویز دارو، ارزیابی و پیشگیری به کار گرفته می شوند سیستم های خبره با هدف در دسترس قرار دادن مهارت های افراد متخصص برای افراد غیر متخصص طراحی شده است این برنامه ها الگوی تفکر وشیوه عملکرد انسان را شبیه سازی می کند. نتیجه گیری: با توجه به اهمیت سیستم های پشتیبان تصمیم گیری بالینی در فعالیت های بالینی باید برنامه ها درجهت یکپارچه سازی این سیستم ها در آموزش آنها در کشور انجام شود.

English Abstract
Background: One of the applications of advanced information systems, decision support and even a replacement for professionals that can make the correct decision on therapists and patients in a timely manner about the aim of this study is to help minimize the understanding and application of decision support system and its effects in the field of care. Conclusion: According to the importance of clinical decision support systems in clinical activities should be programs toward integrating these systems in their training in the country.
