Persian Abstract
شکاف لب و شکاف کام یکی از شایع ترین نقایص مادرزادی است و نیازمند تلاش گروهی و منسجم برای بازسازی ضایعات می باشد این مقاله به توصیف روش های مختلف پروتزی برای بیماران دارای شکاف می پردازد روش ها : این مطالعه با استفاده از مقالات منتشر شده از سال 2010 به بعد انجام شده است یافته ها: جراحی ارتوگناتیک و همچنین طرح درمان های ارتودنسی به تنهایی نمی تواند رابطه اکلوزالی و نقایص زیبایی را در بیماران دارای شکاف و مشکلات شدید میدفیس درمان نماید و نیازمند مداخلات پروتزی می باشد. نتیجه گیری: دیدگاه های پروتزی و تکنیک های مرتبط برای بازسازی اکلوژن و فراهم کردن ظاهر متناسب صورت در بیماران دارای شکاف ضروری است.

English Abstract
Cleft lip and palate is one of the most common congenital and causes deformities that require multidisciplinary efforts for rehabilitation.this paper describes the prosthodontics modality of cleft patients. Materials and Methods: This study performed using electronic articles published since 2010. Results: Conventional orthognathic surgery and orthodontic techniques occasionally fail to completely correct the occlusal relationship and esthetic deficits of patients with cleft lip and palate and severe midface deficiency. Coclusion: Prosthodontic rehabilitation is often required to establish adequate occlusion and provide a more proportional facial appearance.this paper describes the prosthetic option in management of cleft lip and palate patients.
