تبیین تجربیات معتادین در حضور و تداوم شرکت در گام های 12 گانه گروههای معتادین گمنام (NA)

Persian Abstract

مقدمه و هدف: اعتیاد به اوپیات ها یک مشکل اجتماعی پیشرفته است که در زندگی هزاران نفر تاثیر دارد. Narcotics Anonymius یا انجمن معتادان گمنام یکی از بهترین روشهای غیر داروئی ترک مواد مخدر میباشد که امروزه مطرح شده است.این مطالعه با هدف تعیین تجربیات معتادان در حضور و تداوم شرکت در گام های 12 گانه گروههای معتادان گمنام انجام گرفت. مواد و روش ها: مطالعه کیفی از نوع گراندد تئوری بر روی 20 نفر از اعضای گروه معتادان گمنام انجام شد و با روش استرائوس کوربین اطلاعات طی سه مرحله ی کد گذاری باز، کد گذاری محوری و کد گذاری انتخابی تحت آنالیز قرار گرفت. نتایج: حاصل مطالعه شامل 8 طبقه بود. طبقه اول عوامل موثر بر اعتیاد با 5 زیر طبقه ،طبقه دوم اثرات و عوارض اعتیاد با 2 زیر طبقه ،طبقه سوم عوامل موثر بر جذب در گروه NA با 5 زیر طبقه ،طبقه چهارم ویژگی های مثبت حضور در NA با 7 زیر طبقه،طبقه پنجم عوامل موثر بر عدم ادامه شرکت در گروه NA با 7 زیر طبقه ،طبقه ششم ویژگی های گروه NA با 9 زیر طبقه ،طبقه هفتم اثرات ترک در NA بر فرد و خانواده با 2 زیر طبقه و طبقه هشتم مشکلات NA در ادامه مسیر برای کمک به افراد معتاد با 3 زیر طبقه بودند. نتیجه گیری: نتایج مطالعه بیانگر این موضوع بود که حضور در NA و اثرات سازنده قدم های آن در زندگی افراد منجر به تغییرات شخصیتی در فرد شده و تاثیرات سودمند بر روی فرد و خانواده و جامعه دارد و منجر به ترک پایدارتر در افراد می شود،لذا باید کوشید تا این راه موفق ترک مواد مخدر بیشتر و بهتر اطلاع رسانی گردد و نهاد های مرتبط ازاین انجمن حمایت کنند تا که میزان مشارکت افراد در انجمن معتادین گمنام افزایش یابد.

English Abstract

Background And Objective: Addicting to opium is a complex social problem that affects lives of myriads of people in the word. There are many treatment methods for Addiction. The purpode of the present study was to Determination the experience of the addicts at present and continiouse participation at 12-steps in the narcotics anonymous groups. Methods: A grounded theory method was used to guide this study . Twenty participants were recruited. Open , semi – structured questionnaire were conducted. Data analysis was carried out with the constant comparative methode using Staus Corbin method. Results: Eight main categories was adminstered from the collected data;The firs category is affecting egents in makins addiction in person and has 5 subcategories,The second category is affects and complications of addiction and has 2 subcategories ,The third category is positive characteristic of presence in NA and has 7 subcategories,The 4th category is affecting agents in absorption in NA and has 5 subcategories,The 5th category is affecting agents in discontinue participation in NA and has 7 subcategories,The 6th category is narcotics anonymous groups characteristics and has 9 subcategories,The 7th category is withdrawal affecs at NA in persons and their families and has 2 subcategories, The end category is narcotics anonymous groups problems in continue helping to addicts and has 3 subcategories. Conclusion: The results of the study indicated that the presence in NA and constructive effects of its steps on this persons life leads to self-knowledge and yheology and have benefical impact on the individual and the family and society so we have tried this way managed to give up more and better broadcasted and be supported in the community of this forum.
