بررسی جوّ اخلاقی اتاق های عمل، بیمارستان های آموزشی وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز از دیدگاه کارکنان و دانشجویان

Persian Abstract

مقدمه: جو اخلاقی از فاکتورهای مهم در محیط کاری بیمارستان است. با توجه به تفاوت جو اخلاقی در بخش های مختلف بیمارستان و اهمیت جوّ اخلاقی اتاق عمل، پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین دیدگاه های کارکنان و دانشجویان درباره جوّ اخلاقی حاکم بر اتاق های عمل، بیمارستان های آموزشی تبریز از دیدگاه کارکنان و دانشجویان این رشته در سال 1393 صورت گرفته است. روش: در مطالعه توصیفی حاضر، تمامی دانشجویان ( 120 )نفر و کارکنان اتاق عمل (197) نفر، بیمارستان های آموزشی وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز وارد مطالعه شدند. علاوه بر فرم مشخصات فردی اجتماعی، به منظور جمع آوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه جوّ اخلاقی بیمارستانی اولسون استفاده شد.یافته ها: اکثریت کارکنان ( 1 / 58) درصد و دانشجویان اتاق عمل ( 9 / 64 )درصد هر دو، دیدگاه منفی نسبت به جوّ اخلاقی حاکم در اتاق های عمل داشتند. هر دو گروه، ارتباطات همکاران در اتاق عمل را مثبت ترین حیطه جوّ اخلاقی ارزیابی کردند. در حالی که منفی ترین حیطه از نظر کارکنان اتاق عمل، حیطه مربوط به بیمارستان و از نظر دانشجویان اتاق عمل، حیطه مربوط به پزشکان بود نتیجه گیری: با توجه به وجود جوّ اخلاقی منفی در اتاق های عمل، بیمارستان های مورد مطالعه، توجه به علل این امر و برنامه ریزی به منظور بهبود جوّ اخلاقی موجود ضروری به نظر می رسد.

Viewpoints of operating room staff and students toward ethical climate in teaching hospitals of Tabriz University of Medical Sciences

English Abstract

Introduction: Ethical climate is an important factor in hospitals. Because of stressful conditions and necessity of people collaboration in the operating room, it seems that ethical climate of this part differs from other sections of the hospital. Due to lack of researches at this context, present study was performed with the aim of evaluating operating rooms ethical climate in the view of staff and students of this field in teaching hospitals of Tabriz University of medical sciences. Method: All of operating room students and staff in teaching hospitals of Tabriz University of medical sciences were entered into this descriptive study. In addition to demographic characteristics form, the Olson hospital ethical climate survey was used to collect information. Results: At this study 78% of staff and 61.4% of students were female. Mean score of age in operating room staff was 34.54 and in students was 20.87. Also, most of the students (64.9%) and staff (58.1%) had negative viewpoint to the ethical climate of operating rooms in teaching hospitals of Tabriz University of medical sciences. While both groups evaluated communication of colleagues in the operating rooms as the most positive dimension. Conclusion: Regarding to negative ethical climate of operating rooms in studied hospitals, it seems essential adverting the causes of this case and planning to improve the situation and resolve ethical problems.
