بررسي وضعيت بهداشتي آرايشگاههاي زنانه شهر اردبيل در سال 85-1384

مقدمه : آرايشگاه زنانه از جمله اماکن عمومي است که توجه به مسائل بهداشتي (فردي و محيطي) آن قابل اهميت است ، چرا که عدم رعايت موازين بهداشتي و انجام فعاليتهاي غير اصولي نظير تاتو کردن و ... تهديدي براي سلامتي جامعه است. اين پژوهش جهت تعيين وضعيت بهداشتي آرايشگاههاي زنانه شهر اردبيل در سال 85- 1384 انجام گرفت. روش تحقيق : پژوهش توصيفي بوده و بر اساس جمع آوري اطلاعات از طريق مشاهده ، مصاحبه و تکمـيل پرسشنامه و چک ليـست در تمامي آرايشگاههاي زنانه شهر اردبيــل (200 واحد) انـجام شد. داده ها با استفاده از روشهاي ساده آماري مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت. نتايج : 90/2% آرايشگران داراي تحصيلات دانشگاهي و 40/54% بدون پروانه کسب مشغول به کار بودند. 70/54% افراد شاغل فاقد کارت معاينه پزشکي و هيچکدام از آرايشگرها دوره ويژه بهداشت عمومي را نگذرانده بودند. نبود جعبه کمکهاي اوليه در 60/66% ، نواقصات ساختماني با 20% ، نبود کپـسول اطفاي حريق در 80/79% آرايـشگاهها ، ساير نواقصات بهداشتي در ايـن اماکن را تشکـيل مي داد. بيشترين ماده گندزداي مصرفي در آرايشگاهها ، ميکروتن بود. 53/23% متصديان از مسري بودن بيماري ايدز و هپاتيت بي اطلاع بوده و 47/67% آنها با بيماريهاي مرتبط با شغل آرايشگري آشنايي اوليه داشتند. نتيجه گيري : وضعيت بهداشتي آرايشگاههاي زنانه شهر اردبيل در برخي از شاخصها با قوانين مطابقت نداشته و نياز به برنامه ريزي در جهت کنترل شرايط بهداشتي اين اماکن و سلامتي جامعه مي باشد.

Study of Health Conditions of Ardabil City Womanish Barber Shopes in 2005-2006

English Abstract

Introduction: Womanish barber shope is one of the public places that looking into health conditions (personal and environmental) are important. Because, disregarding of health regulations and inadmissible (tattooing , …) are danger for community health. This research was accomplished to determine of health conditions of Ardabil city Womanish barber shopes in 2005-2006. Materials & Methods: This research is descriptive and was conducted on the basis of information collecting from observation, interview and completed of questionnaire and checklist in all of the Ardabil city Womanish barber shopes (200unit). The collected data were analyzed by statistical simple methods. Results: 2.90% of barbers have academic educations and 54.40% were working without of license. 54.70% of barbers were working without of medical examination card and none of them not participated in public health special classes. 66.60% and 79.80% of barber shopes were lacks first aid kit and fire station capsule, respectively and building defects(20%), were other health defects. The greatest of use disinfectants in barber shopes was micro ten. 23.53% of barbers were uninformed from catching of hepatitis and aids diseases and 67.47% of them were primary acquaintance with barber's related disease. Conclusion: The conditions of Ardabil city Womanish barber shopes in some of the indicators are not conform with laws and it is necessary planning for control of community health and health conditions of them.
