مقایسه آثار زیبایی و عوارض تنفسی دو روش Spreader Flap و Spreader Graft در عمل جراحی رینوپلاستی باز

Persian Abstract

مقدمه با توجه به وجود عوارض و نتایج زیبایی متفاوت در هر دو گروه Spreader Flap و Spreader Graft، از این رو بر آن شدیم تا با طراحی این مطالعه به مقایسه آثار زیبایی و عوارض تنفسی دو روشSpreader Flap و Spreader Graft در عمل جراحی رینوپلاستی باز بپردازیم. مواد و روش ها در این مطالعه که به صورت توصیفی تحلیلی مقطعی بر روی بیماران با عمل جراحی باز رینوپلاستی انجام شد، پرونده بیمارانی که از مهرماه سال 90 تا شهریور سال 93 در بیمارستان امام خمینی(ره) اردبیل تحت عمل رینوپلاستی قرار گرفتند استخراج شد. با بیماران تماس گرفته شد و طی مصاحبه حضوری از بیماران در 6 جهت استاندارد توسط پژوهشگر عکس گرفته شد. از تمامی بیماران سوالات پرسشنامه ای که از قبل تهیه شده بود پرسیده شد. پرسشنامه مطالعه حاضر علاوه بر اطلاعات دموگرافیک بیماران، 7 سوال مربوط به عوارض تنفسی و 7 سوال مربوط به عوارض زیبایی بود. پس از تکمیل پرسشنامه، اطلاعات وارد برنامه SPSS v16 شده و به تحلیل داده ها پرداختیم. نتایج در این مطالعه 130 بیمار وارد مطالعه شدند. 69 بیمار در گروه گرفت و 61 بیمار در گروه فلپ بودند. اکثریت بیماران مطالعه زن بودند. در بررسی عوارض رینوپلاستی در میان بیماران، مشاهده شد که گرفت اسپریدر منجر به افزایش برجستگی پشت بینی و ایجاد Hump در مسایل زیبایی بیماران شد و فلپ اسپریدر نیز منجر به افزایش گرفتگی بینی شبانه در میان بیماران شد.در سایر عوارض تنفسی و نیز مسایل زیبایی اختلاف معنی داری میان دو گروه درمانی مشاهده نشد. نتیجه گیری نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که اکثریت عوارض تنفسی و زیبایی در دو گروه اختلاف معنی داری را نشان ندادند و تنها گرفت اسپریدر منجر به افزایش برجستگی پشت بینی و ایجاد Hump و spreader flap نیز منجر به افزایش گرفتگی بینی شبانه در میان بیماران شد.

English Abstract

Introduction: Due to the complications and cosmetic results were different in both groups and flap Spreader, so we decided to design this study to compare the effects of two methods of beauty and respiratory complications Spreader Flap and pay Spreader Graft in open rhinoplasty. Materials and methods in this cross sectional study on patients with open rhinoplasty surgery was performed, Patients file from September 2011 to September 2014 in Imam Khomeini Ardabil undergoing rhinoplasty were extracted. The patients were contacted and asked those who responded to the call from his nose shooting 6 for the day. All patients were asked the questions that had been prepared beforehand. This study aims to demographic data questionnaire, 7 questions related to respiratory complications and was 7 questions on beauty effects. After completing the questionnaires, data import and data analysis looked SPSS v16. Results In this study, 130 patients were enrolled. 69 patients in the group, and 61 patients were in the group flap. The majority of patients were women. Rhinoplasty complications among patients in the study, it was observed that the spreader leads to increased prominence in the back of the nose and cause cosmetic problems of patients Hump and Spreaders flap has led to an increase in nighttime nasal congestion, respiratory complications and other cosmetic problems among patients was significantly different between the two treatment groups was observed. Conclusion: Results of this study showed that the majority of respiratory complications and Beauty in the two groups showed no significant difference and spreaders graft was only leads to increased prominence of the nose and nasal congestion at night Hump and flap spreader also led to an increase in patients.
