بررسی دیدگاه پرستاران و بیماران درمورد کیفیت مراقبت های پرستاری در بیمارستانهای وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهر اردبیل سال 1393-1394

مقدمه و هدف: مراقبت جزءاساسی در خدمات بهداشتی درمانی به حساب می آید کیفیت خدمات پرستاری و ارتقاء آن همواره مورد توجه دریافت کنندگان خدمات بهداشتی و متولیان بهداشت و درمان کشورها بوده است . بررسی چیستی کیفیت مراقبت و دیدگاه ها در این رابطه می تواند به تدوین راهکارهای ارتقاء کیفیت کمک کند . هدف از انجام این پژوهش ، تعیین دیدگاه پرستاران و بیماران در مورد کیفیت مراقبتهای پرستاری در بیمارستانهای وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهر اردبیل بود . روش اجرا:در این مطالعه توصیفی که در بخش های داخلی ، جراحی عمومی و زنان بیمارستانهای وابسته به مراکز آموزشی درمانی اردبیل انجام شد، 382 بیمار بستری با روش نمونه گیری در دسترس و 97 پرستار شاغل در این بیمارستانها به صورت سرشماری انتخاب گردیدند.ابزارگردآوری داده ها پرسشنامه در دو بخش بود . بخش اول برای سنجش مشخصات دموگرافیک با 12سوال محقق ساخته برای بیماران و 9 سوال برای پرستاران . در بخش دوم از پرسشنامه کیفیت مراقبت( QUALPAC ) با 72 عبارت برای سنجش 3 بعد فیزیکی ، روانی -اجتماعی و ارتباطی استفاده شد داده ها با استفاده از آماری توصیفی و استنباطی و با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری SPSS19 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت . یافته ها: کیفیت مراقبت در بعد روانی -اجتماعی از دیدگاه بیماران - 33/6 درصد و از دیدگاه پرستاران 66 درصد در بعد فیزیکی از دیدگاه بیماران 38 درصد و دیدگاه پرستاران 77/3 درصد و در بعد ارتباطی از دیدگاه بیماران 31 درصد و دیدگاه پرستاران 50/5 درصد مطلوب بود.بیماران کیفیت کلی مراقبت را با 65/1 درصد تاحدی مطلوب و پرستاران به میزان 72/2 درصد ان را مطلوب توصیف کردند.اختلاف دیدگاه بیماران و پرستاران در هر سه بعد معنی دار (P>0/01) بود. بحث و نتیجه گیری: علی رغم تاکیدعلم پرستاری بر مراقبت بیمار محور ، متاسفانه برخی از جنبه های مراقبت بیماران در ابعاد روانی اجتماعی ،فیزیکی ،ارتباطی مورد غفلت قرار گرفته هست . پرستاران با توجه - به درکی که خود از رفتارهای مراقبتی دارد عمل می کنند و نیازهای بیماران را به خوبی شناسایی نمی کنند و این مهم باعث می شود دیگر جنبه های مراقبت مورد غفلت باشد و کیفیت مراقبت مطلوب ارزیابی نگردد.

Nurses' and patients' viewpoints regarding quality of nursing care in hospitals affiliated to Ardabil University of Medical Sciences in 1394- 1393

English Abstract

Introduction and Objectives: Health care is considered essential component. Improve the quality of nursing care and attention recipients of health services and health authorities of the country. Check what quality of care and the views in this regard could help to develop strategies to improve quality. The aim of this study was to determine nurses and patients about the quality of nursing care in hospitals affiliated to Ardabil University of Medical Sciences.Methods: In this descriptive study in the interior, general surgical,and gynecologys Ardabil hospitals to teaching hospitals, 384 hospitalized patients with available sampling and 97 nurses in these hospitals were selected through census. The data collection instrument was a questionnaire in two parts. the first 12 questions to measure demographic researcher for patients and 9 questions for nurses.in the second part of the questionnaire quality of care (QUALPAC) with 72 statements of three physical, psychological - social and communication were used. Data using descriptive and inferential statistics using statistical software SPSS19 were analyzed. Results: the care quality in psychosocial aspect of patients perspective 33.6% and from the perspective of nurses 66%، in the physical aspect of patients perspective 38% and 77.3% of nurses views and in communication of patients, 31% and 50.5% of nurses perspective were desirable. The overall quality of patient care with 65.1 % somewhat desirable and nurses, 72.2% it is desirable described. Discussion and Conclusion: Despite takydlm nursing on patient-centered care unfortunately, some aspects of patient care in aspects psychosocial, physical, communication is neglected. Nurses are understanding their behavior and act of care and the needs of patients as well not recognize and this makes it important to be neglected other aspects of care and quality of care is not desirable.
