بررسی میزان بهبودی خود به خودی عفونت هلیکو باکتری پیلوری در بیماران مبتلا به دیس پپسی

Persian Abstract

سابقه و هدف: شیوع عفونت هلیکو باکتری پیلوری در کشور های مختلف متفاوت است . یکی از تظاهرات بالینی عفونت هلیکو باکتری در سیستم گوارشی سوءهاضمه می باشد که در 15 درصد افراد 15 تا 40 سال جامعه اتفاق افتاده و باعث صرف هزینه های درمانی و ساعات کاری زیادی می شود. مشاهده شده است که یهیودی خود بخودی در بیماران آلوده شده با هلیکو باکتری پیلوری وجود دارد فلذا مطالعه ی حاضر جهت بررسی میزان بهبودی خود به خودی عفونت هلیکو باکتری پیلوری در بیماران مبتلا به دیس پپسی انجام شد . مواد وروش ها: تعداد 200 نفر بیمار دارای علایم گوارشی از جمله دیس پپسی که سابقه درمان PPI و آنتی بیوتیکی اختصاصی علیه عفونت هلیکو باکتری پیلوری را نداشته و کاندید انجام آندوسکوپی شده اند را تحت تست سریع اوره آز (RUT) روی نمونه بیوپسی قرار می دهیم. بیمارانی که دارای تست سریع اوره آز منفی و عدم وجود ضایعه در آندوسکوپی باشند تحت آزمایش سرولوژی (IgG) قرار گرفتند . یافته ها: تعداد 128 نفر از بیماران زن و 72 نفر مرد بودند. میانگین سنی افراد مورد مطالعه 39/43 سال بود. میانگین تعداد افراد خانوار 3/14 بود. در این میان در 109 نفر از بیماران نتیجه ی تستIgG مثبت و در بقیه ی بیماران منفی بود . نتیجه گیری: نتایج مطالعه نشان می دهد که امکان بهبودی خود به خودی بیماران آلوده شده با هلیکو باکتری پبلوری بر اساس تست سرولوژی مثبت IgG در بیشتراز نیمی از بیماران وجود دارد

The Study of Spontaneous Elimination of H.pylori Infection in Patient's with Dyspepsia

English Abstract

Background & Objective : The prevalence of Helicobacter pylori infection varies from country to country. One of the clinical manifestations of Helicobacter pylori infection in the gastrointestinal tract is dyspepsia, which occurs in 15% of people aged 15 to 40 years, causing a lot of medical expenses and hours of work. It has been observed that there is a self-hypothesis in Helicobacter pylori infected patients. Therefore, the present study was conducted to determine the self-healing rate of Helicobacter pylori infection in patients with dyspepsia. Methods: A total of 200 patients with gastrointestinal symptoms including dyspepsia who have no history of PPI and antibiotic treatment against Helicobacter pylori infection and who have undergone endoscopy have undergone rapid Urease test (RUT) on a biopsy specimen. Patients with Negative result of rapid urease test who had normal endoscopy examination of the stomach were subjected to serology testing . Results: 128 patients were female and 72 were male. The mean age of the subjects was 43/39 years. The average number of households was 3/14. IgG was positive in 109 patient and negative in the remainder . Conclusion: The results of the study indicate spontaneous recovery of patients infected with Helicobacter pylori bacteria based on IgG positive serologic test in more than half of the patients
