تبیین تجارب زیسته بیماران بستری در بخش مراقبت ویژه جراحی قلب باز از هنر در مراقبت پرستاری

Persian Abstract

زمینه و هدف: با توجه به تأکید مستندات موجود و تئوری های معاصر بر این باور که پرستاری علم و هنر در مراقبت است اما مرور مطالعات منتشر شده حاکی از علم پرستاری است. بنابرین درک مفهوم هنر پرستاری از اهمیت ویژه ای برخوردار است. این پژوهش با هدف تبیین تجارب زیسته بیماران بستری در بخش مراقبت ویژه جراحی قلب باز از هنر در مراقبت پرستاری انجام شد. روش بررسی: این مطالعه کیفی با رویکرد پدیده شناسی در سال 1395 انجام شد و 20 بیمار پس از جراحی قلب باز بستری در بیمارستان های تامین اجتماعی ولیعصر و خدمات درمانی فاطمه الزهرا به روش نمونه گیری مبتنی بر هدف با حداکثر تنوع، انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات مصاحبه عمیق و نیمه ساختار و انفرادی بود و کلیه مصاحبه ها ضبط، خط به خط دست نویس و بر اساس رویکرد پدیده شناسی تفسیری ون مانن تحلیل شد. یافته ها: از تحليل داده ها سه مضمون اصلی تببین کننده مفهوم هنر در مراقبت پرستاری به صورت "مراقبت مادرانه- فرشته گونه، مراقبت حرفه ای، حضور" و یک مضمون نیز به عنوان پیامد دریافت مراقبت هنرمندانه"رضایتمندی" استخراج شد. نتیجه گیری: یافته ها مؤید آن بود که بیماران هنگامی مراقبت پرستاری را هنرمندانه می دانند که با دلسوزی مادرانه و لطافت فرشته گونه، به صورت حرفه ای ارائه شود، چنین مراقبتی که در آن پرستار حضور جسمی و روانی دارد منجر به رضایتمندی بیمار می شود. چنین مضامینی چشم اندازی زیباتر از پرستاری ارائه می دهد که فراتر از یک شغل بوده و حرفه ای زندگی بخش می باشد. رسیدن به چنین بلوغ و تکاملی نیازمند دگرگونی اساسی در آموزش پرستاری و توجه جدی تر به مباحث اخلاقی و به مفاهیم انسانی و هنری است

The Lived Experiences of Hospitalized Patients in Open Heart Surgery Intensive Care Unit of Art in Nursing Care

English Abstract

Background and Objective: Although the emphasis of existing documentations and contemporary theories is that nursing is both science and art in care, the review of published studies suggests nursing science. So of special importance is the concept of nursing art. The aim of this study is to explain the lived experiences of hospitalized patients in open heart surgery intensive care unit of art in nursing care. Methods: This qualitative study was conducted in 2017.in open heart surgery units of Vali-e-asr and Fatemeh Al-Zahra Hospitals (Mazandaran-Iran). Using purposeful sampling method, maximum varation and considering data saturation, 20 pationts were participated in the study.The data collected through deep, semi-structured, and individual interviews. All of the interviews were recorded, transcripted line by line and analyzed using Van Menen interpretative phenomenology method. Results: Three main themes were extracted of the analysis: "Mother care- angel care", "professional care", "presence", and the theme "satisfaction" as a consequence of the understanding care as masterpiece. Conclusion: The findings showed that patients consider nursing care as an artistic personality that, with maternal compassion and gentleness of the angelic species, would be professionally provided, such care where the nurse has physical and mental presence leads to satisfaction of the patient. Such themes offer a more beautiful outlook than nursing; that nursing is beyond a job and is a professional life-affair. Achieving such maturity and evolution requires a fundamental transformation in nursing education and a more serious consideration to ethical issues, humanity artistic concepts
