تبیین تجارب آموزش بالینی از دیدگاه دانشجویان رشته پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اردبیل ( یک مطالعه کیفی)

Persian Abstract

سابقه و هدف: اطمينان از كيفيت آموزش و حفظ و نگهداري آن يكي از وظايف اصلي دانشكده هاي پزشکی است. كسب اطلاعات در مورد مشكلات آموزش، زمينه مناسب را براي اصلاح و رفع آن ها و فراهم كردن آموزش هاي اثربخش تر، ايجاد مي كند. هدف از این مطالعه کیفی، بررسی تبیین تجارب آموزش بالینی از دید دانشجویان رشته پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اردبیل بود. مواد و روشها: يك پژوهش كيفي با روش تحليل محتواي كيفي قراردادي، جهت رسيدن به هدف انجام شد. جمع آوري اطلاعات با استفاده از مصاحبه عميق نيمه ساختارمند با شركت 12 دانشجوي پزشکی انجام گرديد. نمونه گيري مبتني بر هدف از بين دانشجويان پزشکی دانشكده پزشکی اردبیل، صورت گرفت. یافته ها: در این مطالعه، 7 نفر از افراد مورد مطالعه (58/3 درصد) مرد و مابقی (41/7 درصد) زن بودند. میانگین سنی دانشجویان، 1/83±27/75 سال با دامنه سنی 26-33 سال بود. با استفاده از تجزيه و تحليل دست نوشته ها مشكلات آموزش دانشجويان پزشکی از مفاهيم استخراج شد. به عنوان مثال مدرس غير اثربخش، برنامه درسي غيرپويا، امكانات و محيط نامناسب آموزشی و عوامل مربوط به ويژگي هاي فرد تحت آموزش، از مشكلات آموزشی از ادراك دانشجويان پزشکی بودند. نتیجه گیری: نتايج اين پژوهش نشان داد كه ادراك دانشجويان از مشكلات آموزش علاوه بر مدرس، مربوط به عوامل ديگري نيز مي باشد. با توجه به نتايج اين پژوهش پيشنهاد مي گردد مسؤولين با تأمين امكانات و تجهيزات محيط آموزشي و مدرسين با ارتقاي مهارت هاي آموزشي و به كارگيري مهارت هاي ارتباطي، در برطرف كردن اين مشكلات گام هاي مؤثري در امر آموزش و ارتقاي انگيزه و اعتماد به نفس دانشجويان بردارند.

Evaluation of the clinical education experiences from medical students of view in Ardabil University of Medical Sciences: a qualitative study

English Abstract

Background and Objective: Ensuring the quality of education is one of the responsibilities of medical instructors. Understanding the educational issues related to courses to improve the quality of medical education. The purpose of this study was to evaluation the clinical education experiences from medical students of view in Ardabil University of medical sciences. Methods: A qualitative design using a conventional content analysis approach was used to collect and analyze data. Semi structured interviews were conducted with 12 medical students chosen using purposeful sampling. Results: In this study, 7 cases (58.3%) were male and the 5 cases (41.7%) were female. The mean age of students was 27.75±1.83 years with a range of 33- 26 years. During data analysis, categories were developed: “ineffective instructor”, “non-dynamic curriculum”, “problems regard to external environment of education”, and “factors related to the individual student”. Conclusion: It was shown that education issues are caused by different factors. It is suggested that educational administrators should provide educational facilities and help with the improvement of instructors' teaching and communication skills in order to take effective steps in removing educational issues, and enhance students' motivation and confidence.
