تکامل اخلاقی دانشجویان پرستاری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی استان اردبیل در سال 1396

زمینه و هدف: طی دوران تحصیل دانشجویان باید به سطح مناسبی از تکامل اخلاقی رسیده و با شروع کار بالینی تصمیمات اخلاقی صحیحی اتخاذ نمایند . این مطالعه با هدف تعیین سطح تکامل اخلاقی دانشجویان پرستاری و عوامل موثر بر آن انجام شد . روش کار: این مطالعه به روش توصیفی – تحلیلی در سال 1396 بر روی 188 دانشجوی پرستاری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اردبیل انجام شد. نمونه گیری به روش در دسترس انجام شد. جهت جمع آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه تکامل اخلاقی کلبرگ با پایایی 95% استفاده شد.این پرسش نامه شامل 6 سناریو با موضوع نوزاد با آنومالی های شدید،اجبار دارویی، تقاضای بالغین نسبت به مرگ، آشناسازی پرستار جدید، اشتباه دارویی و افراد بیمار در مراحل آخر بیماری می باشد. داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری SPSS نسخه 18 و آزمون های آماری توصیفی و تحلیلی شامل مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافته ها: در این مطالعه، 32 دانشجوی پرستار(02/17%) درسطح پیش عرفی، 61 دانشجو پرستاری(44/32%) در سطح عرفی،81 دانشجوپرستاری(08/43%) در سطح پس عرفی و14 دانشجو پرستاری(44/7%) در سطح ملاحظات بالینی قرار داشتند.همچنین میانگین نمره تفکر اخلاقی شرکت کنندگان در مطالعه 54/5±55/42 ومیانگین نمره ملاحظات بالینی 83/3±06/20 بدست آمد. نتیجه گیری: ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ حاضر ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ اﮔﺮﭼﻪ بیش از نیمی از داﻧﺸﺠﻮﻳﺎن در ﺳﻄﺢ عرفی وپس عرفی ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. وﻟﻲ ﻫﻨﻮز ﺗﻌﺪاد ﻗﺎﺑﻞ ﺗﻮﺟﻬﻲ از آﻧﺎن در ﺳﻄﻮح ﭘﺎﻳﻴﻦ ﺗﻜﺎﻣﻞ اﺧﻼﻗﻲ ﻗﺮار داﺷﺘﻨﺪ .اﻳﻦ اﻣﺮ ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﻲدﻫﺪ ﻛﻪ ﻣﺴﻮوﻟﻴﻦ آﻣﻮزش ﭘﺮﺳﺘﺎري ﺑﺎﻳﺪ ﺑﻪ اﻣﺮ ﺗﺮﺑﻴﺖ اﺧﻼﻗﻲ داﻧﺸﺠﻮﻳﺎن ﭘﺮﺳﺘﺎري ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮي داﺷﺘﻪ ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ .

Background and Aim: During school, students should achieve an appropriate level of moral development and make the right moral decisions in clinical work. The aim of this study was to determine the level of moral development of nursing students and the factors affecting it. Methodology: This descriptive-analytical study was conducted in 2017 on 188 nursing students of Ardabil University of Medical Sciences. Sampling was performed by convenience sampling method. The Kohlberg Moral Evolution Questionnaire with 95% reliability, was used to collect data. This questionnaire includes 6 scenarios on the subject of infants with severe anomalies, drug coercion, adults' demand for death, introduction of a new nurse, medication error and patients in the late stages of the disease. Data were analyzed using SPSS software version 18 and descriptive and analytical statistical tests. Findings: In this study, 32 nursing students (17.02%) were at the pre-customary level, 61 nursing students (32.44%) at the customary level, 81 nursing students (43.08%) at the post-customary level and 14 nursing students (44.7%) were at the level of clinical considerations. Also, the mean score of moral thinking of the participants in the study was 42.55 ± 5.54 and the mean score of clinical considerations was 20.06 ± 3.83. Conclusion: The present study showed that despite the presence of more than half of the students in customary and post customary levels, a considerable number of them were at pre customary level. Therefore nursing administrators should pay more attention to the moral education of nursing students.
