طراحي الگوي سازگاري پرستاران با شرايط پاندمي كرونا در بيمارستانهاي دانشگاه علوم پزشكي اردبيل

پرستاري به عنوان حرفه اي سرشار از استرس جسمي و هيجاني در نظر گرفته شده است. اين روزها رايج ترين واكنش هيجاني كه پرستاران با آن درگير هستند، اضطراب است؛ زيرا شيوع كوويد 19 در بين مردم بهويژه كشورهاي آسيب ديده باعث ايجاد اضطراب شده است لذا تحقيق حاضر با هدف طراحي الگوي سازگاري پرستاران با شرايط پاندمي كرونا در بيمارستانهاي دانشگاه علوم پزشكي اردبيل، در دو مرحله تحليل تم و پيمايشي انجام گرفت. اين تحقيق از لحاظ هدف، اكتشافي و از لحاظ نوع، توصيفي است كه به روش ميداني اجرا گرديد. جامعه آماري در مرحله اول 20 نفر از پرستاران با ساقه بالاي 20 سال بودند كه به شيوه نمونه گيري مبتني بر هدف انتخاب شدند. در مرحله دوم نيز تعداد 299 نفر از پرستاران بيمارستانهاي اردبيل بودند كه به شيوه تصادفي طبقه اي پرسشنامه منتج از مرحله اول در ميان آنان پخش گرديد. ابزار گردآوري اطّلاعات در مرحله اول، مصاحبه عميق و مرحله دوم، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته منتج از مرحله اول بود. براي تجزيه و تحليل اطلاعات در مرحله اول، از روش تحليل تم در 6 مرحله و در مرحله دوم از آزمون تحليل عاملي تاييدي در نرم افزار Amos استفاده شد. براي تعيين روايي از روش ضريب نسبي روايي محتوا، روايي واگرا و روايي همگرا و براي تعيين پايايي از روش آلفاي كرونباخ، پايايي همگم و پايايي تركيبي استفاده گرديد. يافته هاي تحقيق در مرحله اول نشان داد تعداد 6 تم اصلي و 24 تم فرعي به عنوان ابعاد سازگاري پرستاران با شرايط پاندمي كرونا شناسايي شدند در ادامه نتايج تحليل عاملي تاييدي نشان دهنده برازش مناسب مدل تحقيق بود.

Designing a model of adaptation of nurses to corona pandemic conditions in hospitals of Ardabil University of Medical Sciences

Nursing is considered as a profession full of physical and emotional stress. These days, the most common emotional response that nurses deal with is anxiety; Because the spread of covid-١٩ has caused anxiety among the people, especially in the affected countries, therefore, the present research was conducted with the aim of designing a pattern of adaptation of nurses to the conditions of the corona pandemic in the hospitals of Ardabil University of Medical Sciences, in two stages of theme analysis and survey. This research is exploratory in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of type, which was carried out by field method. The statistical population in the first stage was ٢٠ nurses with more than ٢٠ years of experience, who were selected by purpose-based sampling. In the second stage, there were ٢٩٩ nurses from Ardabil hospitals, and the questionnaire resulting from the first stage was distributed among them in a stratified random manner. The tool for collecting information in the first stage was an in-depth interview and in the second stage, a researcher-made questionnaire resulting from the first stage. To analyze the information in the first stage, the theme analysis method was used in ٦ stages and in the second stage, the confirmatory factor analysis test was used in smart pls software. To determine validity, the relative coefficient of content validity, divergent validity, and convergent validity were used, and to determine reliability, Cronbach's alpha, convergent reliability, and composite reliability were used. The findings of the research in the first stage showed that ٦ main themes and ٢٤ sub-themes were identified as dimensions of adaptation of nurses to the conditions of the corona pandemic. Further, the results of confirmatory factor analysis showed the appropriate fit of the research model.
