بررسي تاثير آموزش تغذيه سالم مبتني بر مشاهده تصويري و نقاشي بر ميزان آگاهي كودكان مهد كودكی 5 تا 6 ساله استان اردبيل

زمينه و هدف: آموزش تغذيه سالم يكي از روش‌هاي موثر در حفظ سلامت و رسيدن به حد اكثر رشد در كودكان مي‌باشد. هدف اين مطالعه ارزشيابي اثر مطالعه آموزش تغذيه سالم مبتني بر مشاهده تصويري و نقاشي بر ميزان آگاهي كودكان 5 تا 6 ساله مهد كودكي نسبت به آموزش تغذيه سالم در مهدكودك‌هاي استان اردبيل بوده است. روش كار: چهارصد كودك 5 تا 6 ساله بصورت اتفاقي در مهد كودك‌هاي روستايي و شهري استان انتخاب و ابتدا پرسشنامه تصويري محقق ساخته بعنوان پره تست براي اين كودكان استفاده شد و پس از پيش آزمون، آموزش توسط مربي با استفاده از كتابچه تهيه شده كه فعاليت‌هاي داخل كتابچه بصورت مشاهده و تفسير تصاوير و يا نقاشي كردن تدوين شده بود در مدت سه ماه اين آموزش‌ها ارائه گرديد و در منزل نيز پيگيري فعاليت‌ها از طرف والدين ادامه داشت. يك ماه پس از اتمام آموزش‌ها مجدداً پرسشنامه به عنوان پس آزمون استفاده شد و نهايتاً داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS تحليل گرديد. يافته‌ها: ميانگين نمره پس آزمون كودكان بطور معني داري در خصوص آگاهي در مورد تنقلات كم ارزش غذايي، ميوه ها، آجيل، نوشابه هاي گازدار، شير و سوسيس و كالباس، نسبت به پس آزمون بهبود يافته بود. نتيجه گيري: نتايج اهميت آموزش از طريق نقاشي و مشاهده تصويري توسط مربيان در مهد كودكها و پيگيري فعاليت ها توسط والدين را نشان مي‌داد و مي‌تواند بعنوان يك روش آموزش موثر انتخابي در مهد كودك‌ها استفاده شود.

The effectiveness of the drawing and picture-based nutrition education on knowledge of 5 to 6 years old children in Ardebil province kindergarten

Introduction and objective: Nutrition education is one of the most important children development and effective growth. The aim of this investigation was to assessment effect of the drawing and picture based nutrition education on knowledge of 5 to 6 years old children in Ardebil kindergarten. Material and method: It was a quasi-experimental after-before study which was conducted in 2009. The total number of selected samples was 400 people chosen from all kindergartens of the province including rural and urban, public and private, etc., so that it had a good distribution. After listing all kindergartens, the bulk of samples were randomly selected from the list. The data were gathered by pictorial questionnaire which included awareness questions whose reliability was ensured by alpha coefficient of 0.8. During the test, first the questions were clearly described by kindergarten trainer without pointing to the answer. Then, the children colored the correct choices green and the harmful choices red. The choices were marked by colorful pencils. Afterwards, the children were actively educated by children workbooks, which included drawing and pictorial activities for one month. The trainers of the kindergartens were responsible for educating them. The trainers themselves had been educated in a workshop how to educate the workbooks. Two weeks after the end of the course, the questionnaires were re-used and the same questionnaire was filled in accordance with sample volume. The marks of awareness were analyzed by the software SPSS and their means were gained by paired t-test. Results: The post test mean score with concern to increasing nutrition knowledge were significantly enhanced from those of the pretest mean score in. Conclusion: This result revealed the importance of oral hygiene instruction via a drawing book and follow up by parent at home. Therefore, this method can be useful chance for informing the children.
