Today intellectual frame work of organizations function full of deepening information, and attention to participa-tion of creative and knowledgeable human resources instead of human resources. In this atmosphere, directors' main concern includes functional progressing, maintaining and improving the advantage of competitiveness. Or-ganizational learning and innovation is the most significant foundation to improve the function and to achieve the competitive advantage. This research considers the relationship between organizational innovational manage-ment and the application of learning components for staff in Ardabil Imam Khomeini Medical Educational Center. Method of research: This descriptive-correlational research studies a population of 100 staff of Ardabil Imam Khomeini Hospital who were selected through stratified random sampling. Data collection tool is a questionnaire of organizational learning and innovational management; SPSS is used to analyze data through descriptive and deductional statistics. The results in table 2 clarifies the weakness of positive correlation between variables organ-izational learning and innovation; and among variables individual skills have the most and mental models have the least correlation. It means, individuals’ tendency to use old knowledge instead of acquisition of modern knowledge is the obstacle to organizational innovation.
