Persian Abstract
زمینه و هدف: امروزه نقش و اهميت ایمنی و بهداشت مواد غذايي در حفظ و سلامت انسان و جلوگيري از بيماري ها بر همگان روشن است . این تحقیق با هدف بررسی آگاهی و نگرش دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمانشاه در زمینه بهداشت و ایمنی مواد غذایی می باشد. روش بررسی: این پژوهش توصیفی مقطعی می باشد. با استفاده از پرسشنامه که روایی و پایایی آن بررسی گردیده، انجام شده است. پرسشنامه طراحی شده مشتمل بر سوالاتی در زمینه اطلاعات فردي، سطح آگاهی و نگرش نسبت به بهداشت و ایمنی مواد غذایی بود. در بین 338 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمانشاه به صورت تصادفی انجام گردید. تجزیه و تحلیل آماری توسط نرم افزار SPSSV.16 صورت گرفت. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که 46٪ دانشجویان دارای آگاهی خوب، 48٪ متوسط و 5/4٪ آگاهی ضعیف در زمینه بهداشت و ایمنی مواد غذایی بودند. نمره آگاهی و نگرش دانشجویان نسبت به اصول ایمنی و بهداشت مواد غذایی ارتباط معنی داری با هیچ یک از پارامترهای سن، سطح تحصیلات، جنس و دانشکده نداشت(P>0.05). بین درجه آگاهی با جنس و دانشکده ارتباط معنی داری وجود داشت(p<0.05) ولی ارتباط درجه آگاهی با گروه سنی و سطح تحصیلات از نظر آماری معنی دار نبود(p>0.05). بحث و نتیجه گیری: آگاهی داشتن نسبت به بهداشت و ایمنی مواد غذایی یک امر مهم تلقی می گردد. گرچه دانشجویان در این تحقیق از سطح آگاهی نسبتاً خوبی برخوردار بودند، ولی به منظور ارتقاء دادن سطح آگاهی آنها نیاز به برنامه ریزي دقیق تري احساس می شود.

Knowledge and Attitudes of Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences in the Field of Health and Food Safety
English Abstract
Background and Objective: The role and importance of food safety on health protection and human health and preventing disease is well known . This study aimed to evaluate the students ' Knowledge and attitudes in the field of Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences, Public Health and Food Safety is Methods: This cross-sectional study using a valid and reliable self-report questionnaire among 338 students from the Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences. were selected through random sampling was conducted. Questionnaire was designed to include questions on personal data, awareness of hygiene and food safety. analysis was used SPSS16 software . Results:The results showed that 46 % of the students had good, 48 % moderate , and 5/4 % had poor knowledge on health and food safety . Awareness about safety and food hygiene scores correlated significantly with any of the parameters age, education , gender , and school did not (P> 0.05). between levels had no significant correlation with sex and school (p <0.05) , but the degree of association between age group and education level of consciousness is not statistically significant (p> 0.05). Conclusions: Awareness towards hygiene and food safety is an important issue . Although the students in this study had a fairly good knowledge , but to enhance their awareness of the need for a more detailed plan to be felt.
