مقدمه: شناسایی دیدگاه پرستاران تازه دانش‌آموخته درباره وضعیت حمایتی ایشان در طول دوره گذر (6ماه اول اشتغال) در راستای کاهش تنیدگی و افزایش ابقای آنان در مراکز درمانی، یک ضرورت به شمار می‌رود. این مطالعه به بررسی دیدگاه پرستاران تازه دانش‌آموخته درباره وضعیت حمایتی آنها در طول دوره گذر در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز می‌پردازد. روش‌ها: در مطالعه‌ای توصیفی در سال 1384، تعداد 200 پرستار طرحیِ شاغل در مراکز آموزشی- درمانی و بیمارستان‌های تابعه دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز که در زمان انجام پژوهش در پایان شش ماه اول از خدمت طرح خود قرار داشتند، به روش نمونه‌گیری آسان انتخاب شدند. پرسشنامه‌ای مشتمل بر دو بخش تنظیم گردید که بخش اول آن در رابطه با مشخصات دموگرافیک و بخش دیگر در زمینه وضعیت حمایت از پرستاران طرحی بود. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از آمار توصیفی، میانگین و خطای معیار استفاده شد. نتایج: اکثریت پرستاران طرحی در طول دوره گذر، وضعیت حمایتی نامطلوبی داشتند. میانگین و خطای معیار نمره کل وضعیت حمایتی 77/0±7/19 بود و به ترتیب موارد برگزاری برنامه‌های آموزش توجیهی در شروع کار، فراهم شدن فرصت مشارکت در تصمیم‌گیری‌ها از جانب مسؤولین، یاری همکاران در افزایش بار علمی و مهارت‌های بالینی تازه دانش‌آموخته، رفتار و طرز برخورد مناسب مسؤولین، مورد اطمینان و پذیرش همکاران بودن و توجه همکاران به نظرات تازه دانش‌آموخته در محیط کار، به عنوان کمترین عوامل حمایتی اظهار شدند. نتیجه‌گیری: حمایت و آموزش ناکافی اکثر تازه دانش‌آموختگان در ماه‌های اول شروع به کار، بیانگر ضرورت چاره‌اندیشی مسؤولین و برنامه‌ریزان پرستاری در جهت برگزاری برنامه‌های آشناسازی جامع و مؤثر برای پرستاران مبتدی، فراهم کردن فرصت مشارکت در تصمیم‌گیری‌ها، یاری همکاران در ‌افزایش بارعلمی و مهارت‌های بالینی تازه دانش‌آموخته، همچنین رفتار و طرز برخورد مناسب مسؤولین به منظور تسهیل تطابق با فرایند گذر و تکامل مهارت‌های بالینی ایشان است.

The Views of Newly Graduated Nurses toward Their Supporting StَAuts during Transition Stage in Tabriz University of Medical Sciences

ntroduction: Recognizing the views of newly graduated nurses about their supporting stَAuts during transition period (first 6 months of service) is necessary for decreasing their stress and increasing their retention in health centers. This study was performed to investigate the newly graduated nurses' views toward their supporting stَAuts during transition period in Tabriz University of Medical Sciences. Methods: In a descriptive study in the year 2005, two hundred nurses working in health centers, educational centers and the hospitals affiliated to Tabriz University of Medical Sciences who were passing the final days of their first 6 months of service were selected through convenience sampling method. A questionnaire consisting of two sections was developed, the first section included demographic feَAutres and the second one comprised supporting stَAuts of nurses. Descriptive statistics, mean, and standard deviation were used for data analysis. Results: Majority of nurses had an inappropriate supporting stَAuts during their transition period. The mean and standard deviation of the total score of supporting stَAuts were 19.7±0.77. Having orientation sessions at the beginning of the service, providing opportunities for participation in decision-makings by administrators, assistance of the colleagues in improving the knowledge and clinical skills of the newly graduated, suitable manner and behavior of the administrators, being acceptable and reliable to the colleagues, and colleagues' attention to newly graduated nurses' views in working environment were introduced as less supporting factors, respectively. Conclusion: Insufficient support and education for majority of newly graduated nurses in working environment discloses the fact that administrators must act on it. This can be done by holding comprehensive orientation sessions for amateur nurses and providing opportunities for their participation in decision-making as well as providing the assistance of the colleagues in improving their knowledge and clinical skills, and also suitable manner and behavior of the administrators. These situations could facilitate newly graduated nurses' adaptation with the transition process and improve their clinical performance.
